How I handle your info

Who I am

Pure Promises is a wedding content creation studio run by Abby in Arizona. “I,” “me,” and “my” in this policy refer to Pure Promises. If you have any questions, you can reach me at hello@purepromisesaz.co.

What I collect

When you submit the inquiry form on this site, I ask for:

• Your name (and your partner’s, if you include it)
• Email address and phone number
• Wedding date and venue (if known)
• Which package you’re interested in
• Anything you write in the “tell me about your day” field
• How you heard about me

I also collect basic, anonymous analytics about page visits (like which pages are popular and which devices people use), the same way almost every modern website does. I don’t sell or share any of this.

How I use it

I use your inquiry details to respond to you, send availability and a contract, and follow up about your wedding day. After we book, I use your information to coordinate your shoot and deliver your reels. That’s it.

Who I share it with

Only service providers that help me run the business:

• Email and SMS providers to deliver inquiry notifications to me
• Payment processors for invoicing (Honeybook/Dubsado/Stripe)
• Cloud storage for delivering your wedding content
• Web hosting (Vercel) and analytics

I never sell your information or share it with advertisers.

Using your wedding footage

If you book a wedding with me, my contract covers how and whether I can use your footage on my website, Instagram, and portfolio. You can always ask me not to share your content publicly — just let me know.

Cookies

This site uses a small number of cookies for basic analytics and for features like the inquiry form. No ad tracking, no cross-site tracking.

Your rights

You can ask me to show you what data I have about you, correct it, or delete it — any time. Just email me at hello@purepromisesaz.co.

Changes to this policy

If I update this policy, I’ll change the “last updated” date at the top. For any major changes, I’ll note what changed and why.
