Common questions
Everything you need to know
I get it — hiring a wedding content creator might be new territory. Here are the questions I hear most, answered honestly.
I offer two packages: The Essential at $750 for 5 hours of coverage, and The All Day at $1,100 for 8 hours. Both include candid iPhone videos, edited highlight reels, and delivery within 7 days. You can see the full breakdown on my Packages page.
Every package includes hundreds of candid video clips from your day, a main highlight reel (around 60 seconds, edited to sound), and supplementary reels of key moments like getting ready, the ceremony, or the first dance. The All Day package adds a pre-wedding content planning call and an extra supplementary reel.
Yes! I ask for a 30% retainer to lock in your date, with the remaining balance due two weeks before the wedding. Once I receive the retainer and a signed contract, your date is officially held.
I do. I know weddings add up fast, so I'm happy to split your balance into monthly payments leading up to your date. Just let me know when you inquire and I'll set up a schedule that works for you.
It starts with a quick inquiry through my contact form or a DM on Instagram. I'll check availability for your date, send over the package details, and if it's a fit, I'll send a contract and invoice for the retainer. The whole process usually takes just a few days.
The content planning call comes with The All Day package. It's a relaxed 20-30 minute video call about two weeks before your wedding where we walk through your timeline, talk about the moments that matter most to you, and make sure I know exactly where to be and when. It's one of my favorite parts of the process.
I dress like a guest! I'll match your wedding vibe — if it's a black-tie evening at The Phoenician, I'll be in a cocktail dress. If it's a bohemian Sedona elopement, I'll dress accordingly. The goal is to blend in so your guests don't even realize someone is filming.
I stay out of the way. I'm usually tucked in with your guests, capturing everything from a natural angle. I never step in front of your photographer or videographer, and I never ask anyone to pose or repeat a moment. Your day stays completely real.
You'll receive hundreds of candid video clips from throughout the day, plus your edited reels. The Essential includes one main highlight reel and one supplementary reel. The All Day includes one main highlight reel and two supplementary reels. You can also add extra reels as an add-on.
The main highlight reel is approximately 60 seconds — designed to be the perfect length for Instagram Reels or TikTok. It's edited to a trending or meaningful audio track and captures the energy of your entire day in a shareable format.
I send everything directly to your phone via a private online gallery within 7 days of your wedding. No waiting months, no giant Dropbox links. You'll have content ready to post and share while the excitement is still fresh.
Great question! iPhone video is the native format for social media — vertical, high-quality, and optimized for the way people actually watch content in 2026. There's no conversion needed, no cropping, and the footage feels authentic and real. That's the whole point. If you want cinematic horizontal film, a traditional videographer is a wonderful complement, and I coordinate with them seamlessly.
Yes, I shoot in 4K on the latest iPhone Pro. The footage is crisp and vibrant, but since most of the content lives on social media, I deliver the edited reels in optimized 1080p so they upload beautifully on every platform.
I'm based in the Phoenix metro area and serve all of Arizona — Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, Sedona, Tucson, Flagstaff, Prescott, and everywhere in between. Weddings outside the Phoenix metro may include a small travel fee. Destination weddings outside Arizona? Reach out — I love to travel.
Rain makes for some of the most beautiful, dramatic content. I come prepared for any weather and will keep filming no matter what. Arizona monsoon season actually creates incredible skies — trust me, some of my favorite work has been on stormy days.
Absolutely. I reach out to your photographer and videographer before the wedding to introduce myself and go over the timeline. On the day, I stay completely out of their shots and work around their setups. I'm there to complement their work, not compete with it.
